About Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Development Scheme
Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Development Scheme is targeted at qualified Nigerian graduates from science-related disciplines, who are eager to build a thriving career in a conducive manufacturing environment with top-class systems and processes.
The program provides a setting for promising recent college graduates to establish a rewarding career while actively contributing to the company’s profitability. It is designed for individuals who have successfully finished their university education with at least a second-class upper degree and have also completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) commitment. Candidates falling into this category should have no more than two years of prior work experience and must meet the company’s evolving pre-selection requirements.
After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo:
- 12-month fully residential training program
- Formal training and experiential attachment
Upon completion of the training, candidates will be designated as Shift Managers in Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, or Automation Engineering, depending on their relevant areas of expertise, and they will be placed in one of our brewery facilities throughout the country.

Eligibility For Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Development Scheme
To be eligible for the Graduate Management Development Scheme, you need to satisfy the following application requirements:
Application Requirements
- A minimum of a Second Class (Upper Division) bachelor’s degree in any science or engineering field is required. Degrees in this category encompass, but are not restricted to, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Electronics Physics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry (including Pure & Applied Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry), and Food Science & Technology.
- A master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Minimum of Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Maths, English, and 3 other relevant subjects
- Completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2019
- Maximum of two years’ work experience
- Digital savvy
- Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria
